Is there a call-out charge for your services?We have a one hour minimum charge for breakdowns but thereafter we charge in 30 minute increments, so you only pay for the time worked by our engineer. We do not charge for our quotations. However, if we are called to a fault where an engineer must diagnose a problem this does not qualify as a quotation and will be charged at our standard rate. ​ You are only charged from when the engineer arrives at your property to when the job is complete. You are not charged for travelling time, parking costs, picking keys or congestion charges. ​ *Breakdown costs are per hour and do not include the cost of parts if or when needed to complete the job.
